Mix all ingredients (except the trail mix & hemp seeds) in a food processor.
Once you have reached a consistent texture place in a mixing bowl.
Add the trail mix and hemp seeds. Slowly fold into mixture until consistent.
Prepare a lined baking tray with high sides. Place mixture into the tray applying a lot of pressure to really push down & tighten the slab.
TIP: use a knife or spoon to push down on the mixture. Continuously wetting the spoon so the moisture doesn't stick.
Place in the freezer to freeze.
HOW TO STORE: If you like a chewy soft bar, keep in the refridgerator. I personally prefer to store the bars in the freezer. This keeps them hard and a more secure bar.
