Fennel, Halloumi & Turkey Meatballs



  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Small Fennel Bulb
  • 500g Turkey Mince
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbs Almond Meal
  • 100g Halloumi



  • 300g Passata
  • 2 Spring Onion Stems
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbs Gevity Natural Bone Broth (OPTIONAL)



Place turkey mince in a large mixing bowl.

Finely grate the fennel, halloumi, carrot & zucchini. Add this to the mince.

Add the egg & flour and mix together with hands until even throughout.

Prepare an oven proof dish and start rolling!

Create a small meatballs with your hands and place each ball in one layer into the dish.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Pour passata over the meatballs.

Finely chop spring onions and crush garlic cloves.

Top the meatballs and passata with spring onions and garlic and slowly toss through the sauce.

Cook for 1hr 15mins checking half way through to lightly toss gevity bone broth through the sauce & softly rotate the meatballs.
