Homemade Muesli


Ingredients:

  • 1 c Wholegrain Oats
  • 1/2 Quinoa Flakes
  • 3 Tbs Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbs Sesame Seeds
  • 1/3 c Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/3 c Pepitas
  • 2 Chopped Medjool Dates
  • 1/3 c Chopped Apricots (nitrate-free if available)

 

 

Method:

Simply prepare all ingredients, mix together in a large bowl and serve.

 

TIP: 1/2 cup per serve. Store in an airtight glass jar.
