Homemade Muesli
Ingredients:
- 1 c Wholegrain Oats
- 1/2 Quinoa Flakes
- 3 Tbs Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbs Sesame Seeds
- 1/3 c Sunflower Seeds
- 1/3 c Pepitas
- 2 Chopped Medjool Dates
- 1/3 c Chopped Apricots (nitrate-free if available)
Method:
Simply prepare all ingredients, mix together in a large bowl and serve.
TIP: 1/2 cup per serve. Store in an airtight glass jar.
