Oat & Sultana Cookies


  • 1/4 c Coconut Flour
  • 2 c Oats
  • 3/4 Sultanas
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Mashed Banana
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder





Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. 

Add wet ingredients and mix all together slowly until you reach a smoother consistency.

Prepare oven to 175 degrees and a baking paper lined oven tray.

Roll mixture into balls and flatten into cookie shapes.

Place tray in the oven for 15-20 mins. Continually checking to ensure they do not burn and remove when at a cookie you desire. I personally like cookies when they are just under cooked so they remain a little chewy.
