Cacao Bites

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2.5 c rice puffs

  • 1/2 c desiccated coconut

  • 1/2 c maple syrup

  • 3 tbs peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • 3 tbs coconut oil

  • 1/4 c cacao nibs

  • 1/4 c cacao

  • 1/4 c cranberries (or sultanas/gojis)

Optional Extras:

  • 2 tbs hemps seeds

  • 2 tbs LSA

METHOD:

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients into. mixing bowl and combine well.

  2. In a second bowl add the coconut oil an peanut butter and either transfer to the microwave or stovetop for 10-15 secs to melt. Add in the maple syrup and consistently stir until you reach a smooth consistency.

  3. Combine the wet and the dry ingredients together and mix.

  4. Pour the mixture into a lined square cake dish and using a spoon push down firmly securing a tight slab.

  5. Place in the freezer to set for 30 minutes.

  6. Remove, cut and store in the refridgerator.
